Essentially, something must be done to attention these children get a better education. Too many kids are dropping out of school and something must be done to stop them. The familiar dropout rate is 2.2% and the New York dropout rate is 2.7% and that is too much. 40 percent of children who are suffering from poverty are not prepared for primary schools. immemorial school is very important because it prepares kids for later life. Kids who do not attend primary schools fall behind and have a lot of infliction catching up to the other students.
